Reflection:

1. What time are you spending with others in discipleship throughout the week? If you are not spending time with others, what is the reason for that and how are you going to get past that?

2. Who are some of the Christians you personally know that the Lord has used to refresh you, give you joy, or increase your confidence in what God is doing through them?

Follow Up in the Word through the Week…

Monday: Read: Titus 1

What kind of work was Paul asking Titus to do? What kind of people were on the island of Crete according to verses 10-16? How have you dealt with people like that in your life?

Tuesday: Read: Titus 2

Who is Paul asking Titus to instruct in this chapter? Look at each of these groups. How does the instructions given build up their relationships with one another? Where do you fit in to this instruction and how are you seeing that carried out in your life?

Wednesday: Read: 2 Corinthians 7:10-13a

How have you dealt with grief in your life? Has grief turned you back to God?

Thursday: Read: 2 Corinthians 2:12-13 and 7:5-7

What role does Titus play in Paul’s life and ministry just from these few verses? How have you been like Titus for others and who has served that role in your life?

Friday: Read: 1 Corinthians 2:1-5

How does Paul view himself in going to the Corinthians? Where is the “power” for Paul’s ministry come from? How are you relying on this same source today?

Saturday: Read: Philippians 2:12-13

How are you “working out your own salvation”? Are you concerned to the place of “fear and trembling” at moments for the direction your life is going?
