Follow Up in the Word through the Week…

Monday: Read: 2 Corinthians 4:8-9

Have you experienced treatment like Paul describes in these verses? What was the resolution on the other side? Did you experience the same as what Paul did and what made that possible?

Tuesday: Read: Isaiah 49:13

Where is the comfort coming from that the prophet describes? Who receives it? How have you experienced this comfort in your life?

Wednesday: Read: 2 Corinthians 5:17-19

Who is being reconciled to whom? What is the Christian’s role in reconciliation?

Thursday: Read: 1 Corinthians 3

What divisions existed in the church? What is the church’s one true foundation? Who is doing the building and planting in Paul’s examples?

Friday: Read: Revelation 18:9-13

Who are the people grieving over and why? Who is not being grieved over in verses 13? How is this an example of worldly grief as described in 2 Corinthians 7:10?

Saturday: Read: 2 Corinthians 7:8-11

Think about some of the times you have experienced grief in your life. Has there been a Godly outcome from that hurt?
